Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FlowAnalyzer, a SaaS hydraulic analysis platform operated by Transparent Blue Water LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
FlowAnalyzer is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool for hydraulic network analysis. It provides features including network visualization, hydraulic simulation, transient analysis, pump design, and optimization. The service is offered on a subscription basis with Free and Pro tiers.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your customer portal. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
3. License Keys
Upon purchasing a subscription, you receive a license key for personal or professional use. License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed. Each key has an activation limit per account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FlowAnalyzer only for lawful purposes related to hydraulic engineering analysis. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software, its licensing system, or its computational engine.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
FlowAnalyzer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While the software uses industry-standard hydraulic calculation methods (EPANET 2.2, Method of Characteristics), results are for reference purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying all outputs before applying them to real-world engineering decisions. Transparent Blue Water LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this software.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transparent Blue Water LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or engineering outcomes.
7. Data and Privacy
FlowAnalyzer processes hydraulic network files locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your engineering data. For subscription management, minimal account data (email, license key) is handled by Lemon Squeezy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
